Fresh Shade will soon offer a highly competitive returns and exchange policy that will comprehensively give back to the customer in the event that they want to make exchanges or returns past our returns date. 

The folks at Vincit Omnia, LLC will soon be underwriting this new policy by liquidating all new, non-used and unbroken merchandise which our customers send back. Fresh Shade will be reimbursed for a percentage once the merchandise is liquidated.

The new policy will take effect sometime next month and will hopefully be our next competitive advantage. Cheers!
